Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens, but to best serve all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
*Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment: No charge.
*Cancel same day: 50% of service price or forfeited deposit.
*No-call/no-show or arriving 20+ minutes late: Full service price charged or deposit forfeited.
*Appointments with deposits may be rescheduled once with proper notice; after that, a new deposit is required.
*Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
